Quick doodle :)

Just having a doodle :)
I seem to like thunder and lightening at the moment, not sure why :P

Character design - Children's book - Uncle Crutchley

This Character has been designed to be part of a children's book I'am writing and illustrating.

Here is a quick intro (but not to much :P)

This is uncle Crutchley who has his young nephew (Simon who is obsessed with space) , staying over at his house for the night while his parents are away. But uncle Crutchley does not get on with Simon as uncle Crutchley is a grumpy old man and could careless about aliens and space. But during the night when both are in bed a storm approaches. But Simon does not realise or know that it is a storm and trouble appears.

Media - Traditional - Watercolours and fine liners

The last snowflake

The main reason for doing this drawing was that I had just watched The Snowman and wanted to do a melting snowman myself :P

I seem to like doing just black and white images recently with my trusty old fountain Parker pen.

T-shirt design

Yet another T-shirt design :) can you guess what it means?

Birthday Card Design

This was mainly designed for a friend, for her Birthday card so the character its based on my friends characteristics and career (if you can't guess she's a nurse ;P).

Media used: Pro-markers and fine liner pens

Doodle craziness :)

I have no idea why I decide to sketch this :/

Maybe I was think of ice cream.
